What is a “Charrette?”
A charrette is an intensive and collaborative design exercise that occurs to create a design vision. TSW, the City of Roswell, stakeholders, and members of the public will work together to create conceptual drawings for the future of the Hill Street District.
Charrette Information:
TSW and the City of Roswell will host a one-day charrette on Thursday, August 1, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. TSW will present analysis and preliminary ideas around 7 for additional feedback. After the charrette, TSW will revise drawings and host an Open House (date and time TBD) to confirm the direction of the plan.
What is this Project?
The City of Roswell is leading a Hill Street Small Area Master Plan. This master plan will establish a vision to help guide appropriate development in the District. The plan will also recommend potential changes to City regulations and standards to support this vision.
