The City of Roswell’s Grants Division will host a public hearing for the City’s 2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan. During this event, members of the public can learn about proposed 2019 CDBG projects, provide feedback, and ask questions of staff. CDBG funds are allocated annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist communities with projects to improve housing and a suitable living environments, as well as to expand economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income persons.
